There is a double oven electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing/dryer machine, DVD player, Freesat TV and fibre optic broadband. Modern thermostatic night storage heaters are installed downstairs and there are programmed, high-efficiency electric heaters in the bedrooms.
